Never get Disappointed. I have been using Headmasters Harrow branch for 2 or 3 years now and always get exactly the same service. Always Excellent. Reception is always smiling and helpful and offers Tea, coffee, magazines while I am waiting for the appointment or while having a cut. Love the massage while getting my hair shampooed. All the hair dressers are very friendly and do introduce themselves and ask what am I looking for. But Yesterday, the Lady who served me, she was beyond my expectations. The best haircut I had till the day !! I just show her couple of pictures and she did exactly the same. I can't get enough of my hair, I keep staring them , got so many compliments as well. The lady who did my haircut was very friendly and Professional at the same time and gave me advice for shampoo suitable to my hair, also what products she was using while styling my hair. Would recommend to everyone .Well done Headmasters.

I don't write reviews but had to share how pleased I was with Rasa's service. I showed her a pic of how I want my hair done and she made it look the exact same! At times I was uncomfortable because the seats were hurting my back so i suggest changing them but overall I am really happy with the service I was given and how she took time to listen to me when I was worried about getting my hair done! Thank you, will definitely be back xx

No longer a fan of Headmaster. Had my hair recently coloured here. The stylist assigned to colour my hair ( I had gone to redo the colour) was double booked and cutting someone else's hair! I explained to the hair stylist twice my hair was getting too light and she brushed it off. Had to run to the bathroom to remove the bleach myself. Looks more like a hackjob than a salon style. Quite disappointed as I have had previous success with another stylist (Michelle) Needless to say, I'm not happy with the result.

Staff at Headmasters blatantly lie about appointment availability in order to get more money out of customers. Advertising is misleading as they are unwilling to offer standby appointments. Hated the last cut I got here as stylist openly disagreed with my requests and then did what she wanted instead. Regret giving this place my custom in the past and wont be returning in future of their dishonesty was revealed.
