I called this shop on behalf of family who got the wrong style but they felt the hairstylist would not listen and proceeded to tell them that they must blow dry their own hair at home after having the dryer on a heat that was burning them.  I called to book an appointment to redo but what ever happen to customer is always right so to speak as I was met with pure negativity.  Just so you know this same stylist acts nice to your face just to know your business and then discusses what she thinks she knows… however the problem is is that she then disrespects you as she did to my family member… It’s fair to say we won’t be visiting this salon again - shame on you!!

Where to start ?  I regret deeply going to this salon. I can speak from experience because I have been to other Afro hair salons, my usual hairdresser was fully booked and I tought to give it a try ! I left with tears in my eyes ! The result was of a such poor quality I felt so uncomfortable to walk out publicly like that. I've booked another appointment with a different salon to have everything redone. What a waste of time and money ! Honestly approach good hair salon, invest in yourself, it's better to pay 10 or 20% more instead of wasting the money u spent for nothing ! Disgraceful salon !

I've been coming to this shop for years. Two ladies do hair very well. The owner is a disgrace. She is rude. She can't do hair. She only wants money and don't care about her customers. If I didn't leave the shop today I was likely to sin myself. I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND I DONT CARE IF THEY DONT CARE. THEY WONT LAST MUCH LONGER IF THIS IS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU OFFER. DISAPPOINTED BUT PAYING SOMEONE WHO VALUES MY CUSTOM

Worst experience ever. Charging extortionate price £35 to do my daugther 's hair. Would never go back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rude, trying to extortion extra money by giving false information and being dishonest. Obviously they don't know the business rule of "never cheat an honest customer". Will tell all my contacts and pass on message never to go there.

Don't go here. Rubbish place. Hairdressers if they are know nothing. My hair was rubbish done and I almost burnt under the steamer which was leaking.  I told the lady and she said they know and they will fix it. Why use it on a client when it's not working well? I was kept under the dryer for an hour completely unnecessary and the lady was not even coming to check on me. I went out under the dryer and fixed my own hair. And they speak loud in East African language, no consideration for the clients. First and last time there. My regular hairdresser in Harlesden was on holiday otherwise  I would never have set foot there. Impossible to give zero stars so I gave 1 reluctantly.

Rubbish service, not customer based. Extortionate prices and not talking English in front of customers. Staff more concerned with getting money than taking care of you. Been meaning to write on here for last year it so. Only reason I go there is to buy hair products as nothing else close by but definitely won’t be redoing hair there at all.

Always happy with my braids and they have very good prices. And the styles they do on other customers when I have my hair done are always very impressive. I strongly recommend

Just beyond awful. Had extensions and was told to come back the next day leaving me with half a hair cut. Lied about the length of time the extensions could stay in, charged well over £250, refused to remove them 2 months later as they were now to grown in!! Awful customer service, I cannot even begin to explain how bad this place is.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful place to have your hair done asked the so called hairdresser for a perm and the result was disastrous mop of burnt Looking hair when I told her it look awful and not was I was expecting from a qualified hairdresser she laughed how awful is that I highly recomand you go elsewhere if you considered. Theses it's a waste of money plus all products are over price go a short drive to shepherd bush or Harlesden better price and hairdressers

The hair shop is okay but it does not have a wide range of products and stock is not quickly replenished. Also the customer service can be much better.
