Not recommended! It has been quite a few months since I had a colour done in Saks Harrow. I was going away for long time next day after a visit which was a reason I didn't go back there to ask for a refund.... I wanted a sombre which shouldn't be complicated as I had a bleached hair previously with a big roots of my natural hair. I have a picture with me of an outcome that I wish to have. I've been told there will be not a problem as the girl on a photo has a very similar colour. First I became a bit alert when this women ( Indian looking lady sorry don't remember the name) has put a bleach on entire length for the same amount of time and left it for about 20-30 min. I said nothing as I was thinking to myself that she must know what she is doing for this amount of money that they charge.... 
Long story short  she must have knew she messed up as after bleaching  she start to put a hair colour over it and another and toner and God knows what else. She has created a good camouflage I must give her that much..... I was not impressed straight as it didn't look like a picture but..... it didn't look very bad at first also. Only after I have washed my hair first time during holiday the true outcome became visible. A purple looking colour has came off my hair with shampoo and water and bold fat strips with a visible straight borders between blond and dark. Blond become yellowish. Left side and right side was not same. I had literally an ugly patches of yellow blond on left side:-( not mentioning how badly the ends has  been damaged. I end up going to cut about 3 cm while on holiday. I have just went to a different salon yesterday first time after 5 months  to finally have a proper sombre and Lady there confimed that I was not overdramatising and it was a bad job. This actually triggered my review. I am surprised seeing they have a quite good reviews. Was I just unlucky??? I don't know. But I am a real customer and this review is not fake. Please consider it before going there. I'm just saying. By the way, I realised that their only response for a negative comments is that they can't find the person in their system so.... my name is Anna and I have been in your salon at the beginning of September  it was I believe Saturday.
