I love this lounge so much. Great bar with delicious cocktails espresso martinis for breakfast are a must, food is always excellent, my favourite bit is the three types of smoked trout available for breakfast. Staff are friendly and there's usually a really nice vibe. I'd live here if I could

Spacious, modern, loads of seating areas, clean, separate food menu next to their food counter. Clean facilities, easy to find, follow signs for lounge H where all the other lounges are and it's only one flight of stairs up. Has got a shuffle board table and a balcony to watch the flights take off. Very friendly staff always making sure. Very friendly bar staff mixing some of the best cocktails out there. Thumbs ups definitely highly recommended.

What a great lounge! Very spacious, terrific assortment of food and drinks and excellent service. Some of the furnishings are a little worn but not terribly, especially in such a high traffic area. We were very comfortable resting here before our flight. Great airport amenity.

Spacious with plenty of places to sit and relax. If you want to be alone there is that too.  There is a gym and a yoga space. Also an open terrace where you can see the planes. Waiters were nice and pleasant. You could order the QR code or directly from them. Also 2 bars. I took advantage of the showers which were huge. Easy to get to your gates. Also plenty of plug points. USB

This is one good lounge compare to BA ON T5 SOUNTH OR NORTH I would say as I m BA club member from last 17 years now.  Team of virgin is great in hospitality especially T3 ‘H Lounge’ behind  bar Cecilia / Benjamin they were amazing.  Honestly one clear point BA Ned’s more training and better staff as an experienced of gold and silver member I m saying this.  Virgin Keep it up

Especially by “European” standards, this lounge is great. Spacious, modern and comfy with lots of seating and food options. Showers have been readily available every time I come here with great views of the airport. This is not a “quiet” lounge where you are left to keep tabs on when your flight is boarding. Regular announcements are made which can be helpful to some but annoying to others. In the airport, this lounge is referred to as Lounge H.

I absolutely love this lounge! As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly. The lounge itself is modern, spacious, and depending on where you sit, it's really cozy. I decided to sit at a table where you can either scan a QR code to order or have a server assist you in person. Once again, I received a warm welcome and was given menus to browse. The selection of non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, alcohol, and breakfast items was fantastic. I ordered a decaf coffee, a glass of chilled champagne, and the bacon butty. My order arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Throughout my visit, the staff periodically checked on me to make sure everything was okay, but not too often to be intrusive or overbearing. I highly recommend this place!

A beautiful lounge with great facilities including restaurant, and Buffet style dining, beautiful bar, great television areas with huge screens, showers, fitness area, and additional spaces that are extremely comfortable.  But what stands out the most about this lounge and separates it from all others is the absolute incredible, warm, friendly, and helpful attitude of the staff. From the moment you enter, the staff makes you feel special, and really wants to create a wonderful atmosphere.  My son and I were greeted by a couple of wonderful women who made us feel very welcome despite the fact that we had a very rough time traveling. We then had a great lunch, and enjoyed our stay very much. Particularly kind was a woman name, Maria, who is absolutely fantastic in her hospitality.  I only wish that other airlines and other airports could replicate what Virgin has done here at Heathrow.  It’s really fabulous.

One of the best lounges I have ever visited. Virgin you have outdone yourself.  The staff is so polite and caring and makes sure that you are feeling welcomed. They make sure all your needs are met and you are well taken care of.  The lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks while you enjoy sipping your cocktails and mocktails. They have an amazing collection of cold and hot drinks as well.  They have a provision of showers as well and plenty of space to sit, relax and unwind. They also have enough space for one to hold meetings and take a nap. There is a gym and a rooftop area if you want some fresh air.

Still one of most favorite travel lounges in the Skyteam and Virgin Atlantic collection. Food selections and beverages are top notch with great service to match. I could almost give the lounge five stars however the lounge is getting a little dated and needs a remodel in the future to bring it back to the style it was years ago.
