In a satellite of terminal 5, great if flying out of B gates. Quiet, empty much more so than the ones in A gates and we'll stocked. Attentive staff
Big space, somewhat clean & very crowded. Extremely hot & uncomfortable. Bathrooms smell horrible. Agents at door not very cordial and staff inside looked overwhelmed. Food looked ok. Actually better than I expected.
Good place to relax before you fly.
First class lounge for BA customers. A very busy lounge in Terminal 5 with many choices of snacks, food and plenty of drinks. Food is average and service is so so.
The lounge in the B building is nice and quieter than the other lounges. It's nice, but.... British Airways need to take a look at the Virgin upper class lounge for how a business lounge should be run.
Very spacious lounge, and glad it isn’t too crowded. The croissants and mueslis are good!
Decent enough lounge. Usually fairly busy and lots of litter saying around. Food is fine, I enjoyed the sandwiches. Decent choice of wines and beers as well as hot drinks.
Excellent service and amazingly helpful staff. Made the stopover a delightful and restful experience
