Nice lounge, with all the usual benefits. Quite narrow and long, on multiple levels with a spiral staircase and lift.

Really good given the circumstances. Loved the mezze box and hats off to Estar for the 'Gourd' this is such a good idea and will never be thrown away

Staff are lovely and helpful. Itbis comfortable and quiet.

So friendly on the London end.  It's not quite the same at Gare du Nord...

Nice to be able to relax a bit in the lounge. No water for handwashing in the loos though. Handgel just isn't the same.

Very nice lounge. The snacks are good. The staff are great. The location is very convenient before the journey. The services are excellent. It is usually busy and that make it hard to find a place to sit. I like the upper floor, but there were no snacks in the last few weeks so it was not really a good choice to go up.

A great place to relax before the train journey,  the staff are pleasant and helpful
