The staff here are absolute pro, so professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me smash my fitness targets. What I love most is the inclusive atmosphere. The classes are fantastic, bringing together both the younger and older generations in one high-energy space,na gym that balances that perfectly!nIt’s also the go-to spot for my teenage son and his friends; they absolutely love hitting the gym floor and sauna while I get my workout fix in class. It’s a win-win for the family! If you’re looking for a supportive, top-tier environment in Chelmsford, this is it.
Really nice gym, best I’ve been to in Chelmsford. The staff were super helpful with a problem I had and I was pleased to have it sorted so nicely. I was always sure i’d have help on the floor too and the sauna and spa are a great bonus.
Great gym, pool and sauna. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would give 5 stars but the jacuzzi is not warm enough and it can be a bit cold in the changing room.
This gym has really gone downhill recently. They don't invest money into new equipment. It's absolutely filthy everywhere. Most weight machines have started to rust and in need of deep cleaning. Reception staff is unfriendly and don't make you feel welcome and the worst part is that they have a cheek to increase membership prices on regular basis.nI've been coming here for many years and I'm very disappointed with the state of this gym.
You need to address the towel collection process. I have never been to a gym where you pay for towels in your monthly membership and then need to queue for 10 minutes for a towel every time you come to the gym.
