I love this gym. The machines are state of the art. Theres an amazing GRID ACTIVE area downstairs full sauna and spa with an amazing big pool and kiddies pool with a Heaven V spa ..... Definitely 5 stars.

Nice new machines recently (though not connected to the WiFi, as promised). Pool area decent, nice cafe, though undecided on the own brand coffee compared to previous Costa. All, good. Though needs a bit of attention to the little things, missing or loose locker hooks so you can't hang up your togs, towel hooks also missing from the shower cubes.

Good location, and best gym facilities/equipment in the area. However the gym staff practically ignore you unless you're forking out for PT. The V Spa offers excellent quality treatments.

Well Done Virgin - not only have you been putting up your charges without improving the spin studio bikes I have now left my cycle class with a cut up and bloody hand due to the dodgy seat on my bike. Not happy!

A nice, clean, well run place with a lot of equipment. The swimming pool is very nice, and all the machines are well kept.
