I always look forward to my workouts at the Chelmsford Jazzercise center! The routines and music are changed up regularly, so it doesn't get boring. The teachers are trained well and have an understanding of physiology, so they are able to demonstrate safe techniques to avoid injuries. All of the members have fun together and it is a very welcoming community. Lots of choices for class types and times. I was away for a while during Covid and missed it very much. I go regularly again now, and it has brought a lot of joy back into my life. Try it...you'll like it!
I have been doing Jazzercise since the fall of 2019 and I have never felt better! I have lost and kept off 35 pounds and all of my numbers from my last physical are in the normal range! No medication for this 64 year old! It's truly a full body workout with the most dedicated instructors around! The sense of community is amazing. It's the happiest hour of my day. And BTW-no dance experience needed!
I love the instructors, the personell, clientel, and the classes they offer. I finally got my act together one cold gloomy January2023 Saturday morning drove to the Chelmsford Jazzercise studio and NEVER looked back. Prior to Jazzercise I had so many aches, pains and stiffness that I couldn't even put my shoes on or tie them without sitting. Now I can do both while standing. Jazzercise is exactly what I needed. Thank you Chelmsford Jazzercise!!
I have been a part of Jazzercise since 2006 when I was only 28 years old!! I joined because I was getting marriedthe first time and wanted to be fit. Well almost 14 years later I am still a part of this wonderful family. The owners Anna and Karen and all their wonderful instructors have been amazing at teaching me how to move my body to get the best workouts!! Anna even officiated my second wedding and some of the staff attended our wedding. My husband joined a year and half ago and says it is the best workout he has ever done and continues to stick with it!! You can try a free week for real no obligation!! You won’t regret it!
It doesn't matter if you don't know your right from your left or you have never "danced" in your life, the instructors at Chelmsford's Jazzercise Fitness center have your back. Great workouts and friendly atmosphere. So glad I found you!
Great people and great program it’s the only exercise program I have every stayed with. I actually look forward to working out. Best program out there!
