Outstanding gym! The trainers here are very knowledgeable and make everyone feel welcome. The classes are adapted and varied to suit all levels of fitness. The gym on the whole including its members have a great community. Functional fitness at its best! Fantastic central location too!
A phenomenal gym with passionate, very experienced and active trainers. The team make you welcome everytime you arrive and get to know you personally very quickly. They help you taper your sessions to your personal fitness levels but ensure this is backed up with good technique to avoid injuries. I would highly recommend this as one of the best gyms i have attended. It is functional fitness over weightlifting, a strong focus on fitness class but with strong Olympic lifting training plus a focus on free movement
I joined the space in 2019… I knew it wasn’t a commercial gym so I didn’t know what to expect…I loved it from the first moment I walked in…. Danny and the team keep things switched up and intense all of the time. Nothing gets stale. Naomi brings an energy like no other, Lew really knows how to nail the more technical lifts if that’s your thing. Rory cheers you on in a workout like your personal cheerleader. Harry is the newest trainer but definitely finding his groove. The space has a real family/community feel with some friendly competition thrown in. Everyone genuinely cares about helping each other smash through a class, cheers you on at 1RM/PB week and to top it off these guys can throw a great party… there is so much more these guys do but a Google review wouldn’t do it justice…. Try it out!!
Easily the best gym I have been a member of. As well as the fantastic training, equipment, coaching and knowledge of all the trainers, Training Space has an incredible community spirit. Training Space is not just a gym, they go well beyond that, and for anyone who wants to enjoy Training and mixing with a great group of people then you must visit.
Hands down the best gym I have been to. The atmosphere, music, coaches and the space itself is amazing. I cannot fault this place!
No kids, no Barbie and Ken lycra clad show offs, just a great atmosphere and welcoming place to come and tackle my own work - in - progress with my PT.

It’s simple, if you want to go to a gym where the trainers are totally awesome, the atmosphere is unbeatable, everyone is as friendly as a big family, classes are varied & adaptable for all levels then this is the gym for you!! Best gym ever
Training Space has completely energised my fitness journey. It is an invigorating place to be - a great class timetable , motivated and friendly members and a very talented team leading the space.
Love this gym - I originally signed up for the 7 day free trial and joined as a paid up member the next day straight after my first Sweat class. Danny and the team are really welcoming, knowledgeable and are always coming up with new workouts... You never quite know what you might be challenged with when you turn up for a class! The equipment and music are great and there is a real variety of people that go to train there. This all helps to create a great environment for training. Can't recommend highly enough.
