Delicious lunch at this friendly pub today. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our different meals, piping hot and very tasty. Good atmosphere and just wished we lived nearer but will definitely return. Thank you!

The Team catered for my Wife's 70th Birthday with a Lunch Session where we and our 40+ secret guests had the whole Pub from 1230-1630! The Food; Drinks; Service and Staff Demeanour where outstanding So thank you sincerely Team Victory! Would I use this Pub again? Yes without a doubt
Because the restaurant was a dog friendly I’ve decided to celebrate my 55th birthday with my family and dog there. I booked one particular table a week earlier but when arrived my table was given to the owners close friends. Very disappointed. The saddest experience ever. I didn’t expect such disrespect. All of my guests felt like a second hand people. If you are not local please don’t go there. You’d be treated with huge disrespect directly by the restorant owners!
I could not find one fault with the meal and experience we had at the Victory. The food was delicious, if only we could have tried more because everything was so good. Staff were friendly and the service was perfectly timed. The pub has implemented COVID rules however they do not take away from the experience and you feel perfectly safe all staff wore face masks. Definitely recommend visiting and supporting a local pub.
Lovely atmosphere, tasty food , very nice attentive staff , for a reasonable price . That all adds up to a brilliant Sunday lunch . Thank you Victory Inn .

Amazing location over looking the cricket pitch and often a classic car or two to admire too
A really nice country pub to escape to. Always sit outside, often when doing country walks nearby. The cricket green is nice to stare out onto for hours. Fresh food and friendly staff with tasty ales.
