The sculptures of Pankhurst and Burghers of Calais are important along with the monument marking the abolition of slavery in England in 1832. Great views of the South Bank.
Great park with views out over the Thames and of parliament. A welcome oasis of calm in hectic Westminster. The park is surrounded by mature trees which provide some shade during the hottest days of the year.
Amazing place to watch the New Year fireworks!
Just after the parliament, this pretty park on the banks of the Thames offers a beautiful view of the magnificent Victoria Tower. Also worth seeing, Rodin's statue of the "bourgeoisie de Calais". There are toilets and many benches for a nice break.
Really quite place, perfect to chill out...
Quiet public park on the embankment of the Thames. Spacious lawn beckons for a picnic, sun tanning, a pick up game of badminton or doing al fresco yoga. Lots of benches under large trees for reading and a view towards London Eye.
More one dream realizes
