This is a small public park just south of Parliament. It is open from 7am to 6.30pm daily. There is a fair amount of green space, walkway along the Thames and several monuments of interest for those who enjoy such things while sightseeing. These include the Burgers of Calais, Buxton Memorial and Emma Pankhurst Statue. Worth a look-see and stroll if sightseeing in the area and in search of green space.
Beautiful park tucked behind the Houses of Parliament. Tranquil and lush running along side the River Thames. You will find a few monuments in the park as well. Little gem.
Decided to just randomly let my feet decide where my morning walk would take me, and I ended up in this breathtaking garden. So beautiful, I could have sat on a bench all day just relaxing and taking it all in.
Victoria Tower Gardens is a lovely, tranquil green space near the Houses of Parliament. The gardens offer beautifully maintained lawns and paths, making it a pleasant spot for a stroll or a relaxing break. The views of the iconic Big Ben and the Thames add to its charm. It’s an ideal place to unwind while enjoying the historical surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere.
Great sunny place for picnics, playing with your dog, or sitting by the river. Very spacious, with a well-equipped kid area too. Dog-friendliness: Good for dogs to run about in off-lead. Designated waste bins for dogs are around.
Very nice views, surrounded in history. Good place to picnic in central London.
Beautiful and relaxing garden, containing multiple interactive spots like playgrounds to enjoy. Very positive atmosphere.
This park has one of the most beautiful view of the Houses of Parliament and River Thames. Looks so pretty in Autumn with all the leaves on the floor. Perfect for quick stop lunch by the river Thames if you are working around this area.
Quiet, nice views, surrounded in history. Good place to picnic in central London.
Right next to the Parliament, this lovely park makes for a nice refuge since it is often quiet though being next to one of the busiest touristic areas. With an sculpture group by Rodin and a playground for children, it also offers from its many strategically positioned benches great views over the Thames, towards London Eye and both Westminster and Lambeth Bridges.
