Really lovely pub , parking spaces were limited so parked down the road and not the best roads for parking, in the pub fire was lit which was lovely, roast was okay , but swimming in gravy , beef was rare , which was not said about when ordering and although it was a good size meal the parsnips, carrot, only one and potatos were ever so slightly under done , we ate at 12 so feel perhaps it was rushed to get it cooked , this ruined it for me as i like my beef more done and without a giant fatty edge , and my veg to be cooked through.pudding was a cheap version of toffee pudding cut up in a ice-cream. Was bit disappointed as everyone had said that it was the best roast around, not in my opinion.
This is a lovely friendly pub with rooms in a small village near Marazion. Easy to walk to the beach. The highlight is the menu. We had the chicken dish which is very well presented and is very tasty. We had the chips very crispy and possibly some of the best we’ve ever had and the tender stem broccoli which was cooked in butter and well seasoned with salt snd pepper. The whole dish was really good.
This is a very cosy pub, log fire, good food and parking outside. Also smaller meals at discount for over 60’s but not easy to find that on website. I think it’s Tuesdays only. Also do rooms with offers there to if you eat as well. Staff very polite and helpful. Was a lovely atmosphere. Area does get very busy on peak holiday times so expect less easy parking and harder table booking. Area is outstanding - old world village charm, massive sandy beach, country walks and of course fantastic pub food.
We didn't stay here. The food was very good but the menu is limited and the beers few. They could do so much more with a captive audience.Service: 5/5
I’m not sure I should write this review as I might do myself out of a table. This is my favourite place to eat a Sunday lunch, actually the only place I eat a Sunday lunch after giving them up many moons ago in favour of Sunday curry night. It’s made me fall in love with the traditional English roast again. I’m a bit of a chef so usually I only ever eat my own roast dinners or those of a few select family and friends…..pub roasts being such a let down. But not at the Victoria inn where they are top class, matched by the service from the very friendly and capable staff, and the atmosphere in this gastro pub that maintains the traditional feel, with the friendly locals adding to the vibe. I’ve also visited for evening meals, including my son’s birthday earlier in the year, and the atmosphere was the same. We’ve also popped in for weekday lunch after a walk a few times, not so buzzy but the same quality of food and level of service from the excellent staff……can’t wait til our next visit.
Amazing food..highly recommended the pie very friendly staff. Dog friendly too. Well worth a visit for a drink or food
Lovely over 60s menu on a Tuesday which happened to be my Birthday. Very tasty food & nice atmosphere

It is absolutely worth a visit! The room was lovely, the food was great and the staff members are very kind! The location of the Inn is great as well. We stayed here 1 night, because we needed a stay during our roadtrip. It was a great choice, we definitly recommend a stay here!Rooms: 5/5
Nice pleasant, friendly staff, attentive but not in your face. Really good food that doesn’t match the venue, so don’t be put off by the bubble gum exterior. Would I eat here again…100%.Rooms: 4/5
