Very querky old pub, very spacious. Lovely view out to the harbour from upstairs. Husband loved the male toilets as the urinals were made from old beer kegs.

Such a lovely place with soooo much character! Unfortunately, due to the pandemic only half of the restaurant was open with all the necessary safety measures in place so there was no chance of exploring the details of the decor. 5 though!!!

Incredible decor, the whole place is just a pleasure to be in.  Fish was fresh and cooked perfectly.  Really enjoyed the food and vibe a lot.  If I was local, I'd be a regular!

This place looks fantastic inside, toucan imagine it pretty much unchanged for centuries - certainly more or less the same in the 10 years or so I've been coming here when I'm in Penzance. Staff are friendly, beer is well kept, and the food is good too!

An amazing place with great design. Partly reminiscent of the interior of a ship. There is something of a pirate theme.
