Everybody was so friendly and professional. They put my dog at ease and the vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The other member of staff Emma was so lovely and really made a fuss of our dog. She gave him loads of attention that really put him at ease.
I attended with my Great Dane and she was treated with so much love and respect. she was really sceptical at first with the new smells and sights of a vets, but soon as the reception staff, nurses and vets seen she was anxious the made a huge fuss of her and made her feel so welcome and relaxed The vet was outstanding explaining everything in detail down to treatment options right through to cost of treatments I would highly recommend this practice High standard care from start to finish Well done to all the staff at vets for pets old swan!!
The very best staff. Reception staff are attentive and kind, veterinarians are informative and caring and everyone in between are just lovely
Always make me and Bella feel welcome, friendly staff and she's always able to get booked in for her flea/worm and routine checks Had to come in for an emergency app to give her a sickness injection which we had no problem getting an appointment. Always happy with the girls on the desk and the vets
Alistair was remarkable as was the lady on reception on Saturday at 1pm. My cat was brought in as an emergency and on arrival they were all stood at the door and took him straight away. They made what was a very traumatic experience for my cat, as smooth running as possible. Never experienced such quick thinking staff before, an absolute credit to Vets for Pets. Please tell them that Snorkel is doing much better and resting up.
Really happy with the service here from ALL the staff. Professional caring staff from the first phone call to the first clinic visit. Great visit with super nervous chihuahuas for their nails clip today. The nurses were so patient and thorough. Always have great service here.
The nurse was excellent. He came across as friendly and knowledgeable and he was great with my pet. Excellent people skills! Thanks for making our visit a good one.
Really friendly vet and reception team. Remembered my cat, super friendly and warm with her. Came away with action plan to help with her allergy and fur loss.
Had to take our puppy as she had an accident. Staff so friendly and so caring they did through check and our baby is fine. Thank you job well done
Such an amazing veterinary. Went in with my dog who had just been attacked in the park, they were kind, attentive and extremely thoughtful to my feelings too. Couldn't of came out asking for more - plus dog is on the mend. Thank you!
