Had to take 3 of my cats to this vet with in 6 weeks. The treatment and care they got was outstanding. Each cat saw the same vet each time which is great as they know about thier problem. My cats where  handled gently and with care.nThe vets understand that these cats much loved cats and knew I was worried over all 3 of them especially the kitten.nAll staff and very friendly and ready to listen to what you have to say.

We followed our vet Johann here from his previous surgery despite it being on the other side of the city from where we live! as he is by far the best vet we have come across for our dog. He goes above and beyond with his care, he explains everything clearly and gives you options - he genuinely wants the best for your animal and I entirely trust his advice. After several different issues with our dog over the years, Johann has always provided exceptional care and we couldn't ask for more.nnThe survey on the whole is spacious, clean and calm whenever I have visited. All the staff are lovely and the girls on reception are always friendly and helpful.

Again, another 5 star review! I left a review last night on not being allowed to do direct.payments to my insurance.  The practice valued my comment and we spoke in depth, which was appreciated.  Enjoy the sweets that will arrive tomorrow via amazon, may have my name on parcel but for you xxx

Johann is absolutely fantastic. He cares so much about the welfare of my dog. He explains everything, is calm and gives 100% to our pet. Can't thank him enough for what he has done. The ladies on reception are always super helpful too.

The vet Juliana has been an absolute breath of fresh air since I joined this vets.  It’s been many many years since I’ve been able to trust a vet sadly.  Many seem to be all money minded, and as much as I’m sure this vets has targets to meet, the fact Juliana is so genuine and so caring in her approach, makes you more confident to shell out knowing it’s necessary and genuine.  The vets I give 5 stars due in the main to the vet Juliana.  I hope she is appreciated by her employers as she’s an incredible asset, and if she were ever to move on, I’d like to move my pets to wherever she was.  You are extremely lucky to have her, as are her customers.
