We first used this vet in 2017, after we got our Paddy, we took him there for his injections and if I’m being honest, it was the price that swayed me to visit. We arrived without an appointment and didn’t really expect much. I was very impressed with the way that the waiting room is set out, plenty of room if you have anxious or excited dogs, and more importantly, spotlessly clean. Paddy was handled well and I felt confident that we’d use the vets again after his course of jabs were over. 

We visited again yesterday as Paddy had a weird bald patch and I was concerned about it. The vet we saw (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was great. She answered all of our concerns and impressed me with her friendly yet professional approach. Also got advice about castration. We weren’t rushed or made to feel that we were wasting their time and were more than satisfied with the consultation. Which was just under £20!
All in all, a great experience at a vets that I would recommend. How other vets can charge what they do is beyond my understanding.

Had to take my staffy Kai  to the vet today to be put her down.worst thing in my life to loose a member of your family.she was a beautiful dog who we had for 11 years.but her legs went an we could do nothing. The staff at the vet were wonderful. Took me to a room and gave me time to say goodbye stayed with her to the end.Thank you for your help at a terrible time you were excellent  xx

I have visited the vets liverpool on two separate occasions since we got our Boston terrier pup. They have been helpful  and professional on both occasions. The facilities are clean and modern, the are clearly dedicated to there profession, the waiting times have not been longer than 15 minuets when you consider an appointment is not required I don’t think you can complain about a short wait. The Vets came recommended to us by a friend, I would have no hesitation in doing likewise.

A very good vet practice. Friendly and never too busy. Would recommend as the service and value are extremely good. Our dog has had excellent treatment and they always text when flea treatment is due. I have always felt welcome. ☆☆☆☆☆

We have been going to The Vet Liverpool since June 2017 when we got our dog, I’ve been 3 times since our initial appointment for a nail trimming, for my dog being unwell and for a pre-op check-up to be spayed.

We had to cancel our dog’s appointment to be spayed the night before as she went into heat, and the staff were very understanding on the phone and advised us on what the next step would be and when she could be spayed.

On the occasion that our dog was unwell, they gave her a full check in every possible way to ensure that she wasn’t suffering from anything too serious - In the end she was fine just like they assured us she would be and her symptoms stopped.

We always receive the same treatment in person - The staff go above and beyond to make sure your pet is healthy and put your mind at ease. They also pride themselves on keeping the premises as tidy as possible and you will often see the receptionists cleaning up when they have a spare minute to do so.

My dog is also a rescue and they are very understanding of this and treat her well during her visits to avoid stressing her out and even allow me to wait in vacant appointment rooms with her whilst we wait to be seen, as she does not like other dogs due to her upbringing.

I imagine in an environment where you’re surrounded by loud and often frightened animals that it can become a stressful work environment, yet everyone from the receptionists to the nurses are all very professional and do their best to help you however they can.

On top of all of this, they’re easily the cheapest vets in Liverpool - Yet that doesn’t mean you are going to receive cheap veterinary care. The staff go above and beyond to look after your pets whilst working to maintain their low prices.

We will be back again this month to finally spay our dog and we don’t doubt that she’ll be well looked after during what we know will be an anxious day for us all.
