Great care for my black lab puppy. When leaving her we knew she would be well looked after and fussed over. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
They fitted me in within 10 minutes and they treated my cat with dignity, with love and with immense care. I felt supported in a highly emotional time and I really am so grateful for the continued care of Penny Lane vets with all of our animals.
My whippet hates having his nails cut and the whole experience can be stressful for all. At Vets 4 Pets they managed to do it quickly and went to every effort to keep him happy and me reassured. Thank you so much.

Very disappointing vet OK but front of desk polite until you challenge them. Make mistakes often. Money driven not client driven. Double check every detail I've been given wrong meds before.
Although my original appointment was cancelled due to emergencies, I was happy with the service received for my pups vaccinations. Happy with recent further appointment.
I have vaccinated my pet this time. Vet is attentive and enthusiastic, friendly reception staff.
The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to be helpful, look for a variety of options for my pet and take my needs into consideration. The only downside is the price of an X-ray is way too high
I have a very old cat who has been coming here for years. The staff understand his and my needs and show care, understanding and empathy consistently
