We were there last night ok told us to see a vet would cost £140 before treatment ( being inside the Pdsa didn't really expect that ,but it was an emergency with my daughters parrot so what could you do) seen by the only vet on duty "pdsa vet, limited knowledge of exotic animals" three hours later and £256 lighter ,came out with no after care just advice to see another vet tomorrow 1 removal of stuck toy 2 antibiotics + pain relief injections 3 bandage Value for money 000000000

Refused any treatment on site, even though it was clearly necessary. Just said to see vet next day, as a result injury got worse and now poor kitten has gone through a lot more than he should have. And we had to pay over £150 for the priviledge!

Without these guys loved pets would be forced to suffer in pain or illness overnight, the vets at Vets Now are a credit to their profession and deserve support and respect instead of abuse, well done to all and keep up the awesome work.
