Such a wonderful place. The love care and attention to detail given to our little fur babies is off the scale. The ladies on reception are so approachable and friendly, the vets and the nursing staff are just amazing! Seriously couldn’t ask for better…. Thank you guys!
Having recently moved to the area we needed a vet for some dental surgery on our older dog. There was no pressure from the vet. Advice and options given for surgery or ongoing treatment. Pre-op and surgery were timeously arranged. And post op check ups to ensure everything was well. Would recommend and will be using again.
The surgery on the whole was very professional and very well presented. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The surgery was clean and the vet was thorough and informative. I had to visit on a out of hours emergency visit so can only comment on this one visit.

These people are good and give the best treatment I have found in 30 years of keeping dogs. They are an independent concern so there's none of the money grabbing indifference we experienced with our two national chains. They are the only vets in 30 years of owning dogs who actually cured one of our pets when it was really ill.
Have been seeing Chris at Broughton for a few months now and I have to say he is one of the nicest and caring vets I’ve met. He is meticulous in making sure the dogs are cared for and an absolute gem to visit! All the staff on reception are friendly and nice and happy to help with any questions. We even drive farther out to visit this vet as they’ve never done anything to make us doubt their care and attention to our pooches. Thank you!
I have recently been in with my cat Norman. He was looked after by Alison Anderson. She was just amazing, I really felt like she genuinely cared about him and getting him better. She went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful. Thank you x
Very disappointed. We needed some flea treatment for our dog. We ordered the prescription medicine in the morning and explained we were going away on holiday the following day. It was still not available by the evening so we had to cancel the order and will have to find some other way to sort our dog's problem out. We are long standing customers of this veterinary practice and we feel extremely disappointed by this lack of service when we really needed them.
Had a couple unbothered vets, but I don’t think they were there full time. Receptionist always busy , working so hard bless them. Maybe someone assist in helping taking calls during busy periods? Appointments are often late due to emergencies. Everyone is professional and friendly though.
I am extremely happy about the service Ive received. My pets conditions were taken seriously and she had exceptional care so far. Chris has really gone out of his way to help Bella and keep me as owner updated every step of the way. Thank you.
