The best veterinary practice in Leicester. I moved to London but still drive up to Leicester to bring my dog for their expertise care. The best service coupled with kindness, empathy and commitment to great care. I wouldn't take my beloved dog anywhere else.

They greet both my cats by name. Friendly staff and understanding vets make the visits as easy as possible.

Only been a customer since November after our previous vet retired. They dealt with our pet prior to this as it was an emergency as the Park Vet Group are the local Emergency Vets and we have had two visits with our other pet, so far they have met our expectations and have helped bring our pets back up to full health.

Easy to get an appointment, and staff are friendly and caring, however, the vets knowledge seemed to be poor outside of the remit of cats and dogs. Had to do my own research after my rabbits infection was missed which led to us unfortunately losing him. Had his symptoms been picked up on earlier, we may have saved him, the vet treating him however, seemed clueless on rabbits illnesses and infections.

Obtained last minute appointment staff on reception very friendly. Not kept waiting long which is good when you have an hyperactive Boxer who wants to play with everyone and thing in the waiting room. Vet explained all easy to understand and gave treats to the dog so she was happy. All in all a great service
