Lovely staff are always willing to answer my questions, and I feel that they really do care about my dog and are always happy to see him . He loves getting spoilt by the receptionists and vets
Due to deterioration in our dogs condition, he collapsed in our garden, and old age we had to ring vet to ask for him to be put to sleep. Even though they had no appointments left they managed to fit him in. Our gorgeous loyal pet rottweiler Barney was huge and we managed to get him into his bed and into the car. Instead of carrying him into the vets, Robert came out and gave us options to keep Barney calm and comfortable. He was sedated in our car in his bed and the vet Robert and a female vet carried him into the practice to be put to sleep. He was kept calm and comfortable and died peaceful, very dignified and settled with us beside him and still in his bed. We can never thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed to us and Barney. They are truly a great team always going above and beyond nothing too much bother. We even received a sympathy card and our Barneys paw prints through the post before getting his ashes home.Thank you especially to Robert from Mark and Wendy Hedley. We wish there was a thousand star rating as all of you guys at Bedlington vets4pets deserve it thanks again for helping us through a very difficult distressing and painful time in our lives.
The first time I've been to this vet. Professional service. Lovely friendly receptionists. The vet I saw was considerate and I feel I've made the best choice for my newly adopted cat
I switched to Vets4Pets after several awful experiences with St Clairs in Blyth who has traumatised my dog. The staff were a breath of fresh air- they were all so kind and willing to give him the space and time to decompress a little, the vet I saw was absolutely amazing I can't remember her name sorry!, she was so patient, very knowledgeable and happy to take things at my dogs pace so he can start to build trust in her. Cannot recommend enough, wish I had switched sooner
Vets for pets bedlington are amazing! First visit unfortunately to get our dog Ruby PTS but from start to finish we were all made to feel so welcome. I can't thank you all enough!
