Excellent knowledge, care and attention. From the dedicated welcoming front desk staff, to the vets it is a quality set up. Over a few sites with main treatment centre in Shiremoor. For Newbiggin make sure you check opening times, it's a split day open for a few hours morning and afternoon Monday to Friday. Good monthly direct debit treatment options for pets regular needs, like worming, flea and vaccination. Highly recommended.

Staff outstanding service is absolutely fantastic, prices are fantastic and I would highly recommend this veterinary practice, they have numerous branches around the north east aswell 24 hour service is available, I have never been over charged or given stupid prices from this practice.

Lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Flint loved going which was odd because he always hated going to his last vets.x
