Very professional and helpful staff. My first litter of Ragdoll kittens were well looked after. Great place.
The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and kind to my pets. I also never have to worry about appointments, there are always appointments available when I need them, often next day even if I called late. Brilliant service, top notch care, always gentle and sensitive to the needs of my animals.
Throughout our numerous visits with our cocker spaniel and hamster we always had a really good experience with the vets, nurses and reception staff. Everyone was really caring, even though they were super busy they always made you feel like you could trust the advice and your pet would receive the best care. Was really sad to have to leave and transfer to another Vets4Pets closer to where we lived.
The vet was lovely, explaining everything as she went. We were early for our appointment and were sent straight in and we left happy and stress free. The cats weren't as happy but they did like the vet
The vets are amazing and soooo friendly and informative. They always take extra care of my cats and make them feel very loved. They always put pets at heart of everything they do and are fair and kind. Reception staff and nurses are fab too
We had an awful experience from receptionist Naomi. She was extremely rude, and lied. After attending 3 mins late and waiting in a queue we were told we had missed the appointment as we were 10 mins late we were not we were charged £10 and told we were too late. No customer service whatsoever, just rudeness. Would not recommend. We changed vets immediately. It’s a shame as prior to this all other staff have been friendly and helpful.
All staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff very helpful. Vet was kind and I don't think Toby even noticed he had his vaccinations. Was a very good experience.
The staff were amazing with the care of my pet, explaining the options of treatment and payment to me and the care and attention I needed at the time, the receptionist that spoke to me I felt went above and beyond what her job entails, I was very distressed and crying at the time and she was so attentive and helpful.
As always all staff were super friendly.Best vets I've ever been to and my dog loves going there!!!
All staff were lovely, patient and kind/calming. They explained what needed to be done to my sons hamster to cut it's nails and even gave a little health check.
