Turned up without an appointment with an injured hamster that needed putting to sleep. Excellent service saw us straight away and even managed to get some paw prints for us. Will use again
Visited the veterinary hospital mid-week and a Saturday evening out of hours. Staff amazing, over the phone and during visit. Can't praise them enough.
My dogs weight was recorded as 28kg. His weight was 20.85 at last visit and still is. Good job I check his flea treatment as it was for a dog 25kg+
Our cats time had come, Briony was lovely, gave us time to make the decision and to say goodbye. No rushing. It was much easier because of her gentleness and straightforward advise.
Lovely vets and very knowledgeable with up to date information. Most impressed.

Friendly and attentive staff. Well priced for treatment given.
Lost my dog after she was hurt in a accident it was clear there was nothing that could be done to save her but felt like they wanted to do treatments that would have been pointless just for the money and after my dog died I then received a post card about my dogs yearly vaccination even tho I had informed them of her death on the day she died. If I had known I would have to take my dog all the way to a different vets practice not close by for emergencys I would not have chose this vets.
