Got my 15 year old dog  sorted no problem she is a lot better got a check up in a few days

All the staff are very friendly and helpful and also the veterinarians

Not a very good attitude towards their customers, they seem to think there doing you a favour rather than valuing your custom. Following a recent email to complain about a charge they made to me, I recieved a phone call to say it would be refunded, however no apology, no reason why they decided to give the refund, was it because they agreed with my complaint or was it a gesture of good will as they valued my custom? I'll never no, due to tha abruptness of the call and attitude of the caller. Still I supose they did refund which is a positive. The vets are really good just customer services at the beddlington branch needs worked on.

A vetinary practice I use regularly. All of the staff are knowledgeable and brilliant with animals. A lovely vetinary nurse Sarah looked after my cat Bolan so well yesterday. She's an absolute treasure .

Thank you to the lovely receptionist and the vet, Sophie, who saw my dog Daisy today Monday 30.12.  I was in a dash and didn't know when I would realistically get an appointment.  They both pulled out all the stops and saw her within 10 minutes. I always find the staff so caring and professional too.  Thank you for all your hard work.

Bedlington Practice is small and friendly, whenever I contact them it's like chatting with a close friend, Viv the receptionist is always cheery and ready to help whether it's booking an appointment or simply seeking some advice. The team of Vets are also caring professionals who work hard in providing the best of care and advise for pets and owners.

Always a nice welcome from Vivian who is always really helpful and accommodating for getting an appointment. We have always used Sally who is a fantastic vet but equally have good vets in her absence. Would always use Robson and Prescott Bedlington and have done for many years.

Very friendly and effective Vets, they adhere to COVID restrictions, and are yet brilliant vets. Definitely recommended.
