The staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about. My animal was well looked after and i was well informed about his surgery and progress

Used to be good then it went to medivet. Urine on the floor all the time, ludicrous prices and they make you wait 30 mins past your appointment time, pull the records for the wrong animal and still charge you full whack for their incompetence. Wont be going back. I like dealing with professionals, not conmen and cowboys.

Staff were also funny about having a boisterous dog in there and told me to calm him down because he's happy to be there and likes the vets, i guess they only like the depressed suicidal type.. The "be seen and not heard" type. Terrible behaviour from a vets. Absolutely appalling.

I am changing my vets after many years here, that's how bad it is.
