I took my cat to the vets for an emergency appointment on the 16th April 2022. They were good at keeping in touch with me as to what was happening and what they were doing over the phone. The staff were really friendly and took good care of her for me while she was under there care the whole time that she was there. Sadly the outcome was that I had to have her put to sleep as she was in pain and suffering. They allowed me time with her before they put her to sleep to say my goodbyes and time with me after as well until I was ready to leave her. I cannot thank them enough with the updates afterwards either they said it would take up to 2 weeks to collect her ashes once I ordered and it was just under 2 weeks. Such a lovely way to do her pawprints for me as well in a card and I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who is after a vets who are friendly and professional. Thank you again for taking care of my cat I'm sure she would appreciate your help as well if she was still here.
The staff were all so lovely on the two occasions that we had to visit the Stoke 'Vets Now' clinic with our pet cat Abraham. Unfortunately on the second visit we sadly had to say goodbye to our boy of fourteen years. It was heartbreaking. The vet was so lovely and explained everything so well. We were given privacy and time to say goodbye to our beloved boy. I'll never forget the kindness and compassion shown to us by the team, particularly Ann, who was wonderful. Thank you all so much, you truly are a credit to your profession.
Amazing people full of love to pets they provide brilliant service. Very helpfull and supportive. Our Snow was in critical condition and they saved his life He spent there 2 nights and every few hours we've been receiving updates about the treatment and his improvement which helped us survive the hardest time. Thank you for all your love and help!
We took our beloved Rocco for emergency care, the staff were amazing giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye. After Rocco passed they took good care of him before he was cremated. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate to both Rocco and us it meant so very much at a time when we are heartbroken x They also sorted our pet insurance without any hassle and a beautiful condolence card. Even our own vets has not done this they go above and beyond.
Amazing customer service for both my dog and me from the vets, nurses and reception staff. Talked us through everything at every stage. Reassured me that Daisy was comfortable and cared for with regular calls. Did an amazing job to repair her wounds. My regular vet was very impressed. The total cost was less than the estimate too. Would definitely use again.
Vets Now provided an excellent service in our time of need. They were quick to see and treat our Cocker Spaniel, Bella, out of hours twice over the course of a weekend. Both times they treated her gently and explained all results in an understandable way. They truly understood she was a member of our family. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done and we took the difficult step to put her to sleep. What stands out is the kindness and compassion that was shown by all staff. From the calm and reassuring call handler I was in a right state, to the on-call vet who treated Bella so gently in her last moments, and the lady who called to say we could collect her remains again I was in a right state. This made a difficult and emotional time easier to bear, for which we are very grateful.
I must say that the care and compassion I and my very sick dog have received was outstanding. I could not have wished for a better vetenarian and staff. My dog went over the rainbow bridge and it was so nice that I could stay with him when he went to sleep he was 13 years old. I then received a fur cutting and a paw print which was so nice that I do not have the words to describe this. It did made it a wee bit easier. Going on without my beloved Jake. Thank you so much. I will never forget that you made a very traumatic experience bearable.
The service I received with my dog was fabulous. We attended as an emergency and the staff were ready and waiting for my adventurous dog! Not only did they show great kindness and compassion with Dougie but with me too. I had confidence in the ability of the lovely vet who was obviously very knowledgeable.
VetsNow were amazing when we recently had to say goodbye to our lovely Labrador. Their compassion was incredible, and nothing was too much trouble when making our decision. All the facts were outlined to us clearly and all advice given to us professionally. We had as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They certainly made the experience for us a little less difficult. Thank you to Alex and Emma. All the staff were amazing during and after. Thank you so much.
The staff were very professional and put my dog at ease straight away. The nurse and vet examined him and my wife & I spoke about his illness. Unfortunately he was in a lot of pain that Sunday morning and was put to sleep. It was painless and he was not at all distressed. Very understanding staff and the clinic was clean and modern. Highly recommended.
