We have just had to have our elderly German Shepherd put to sleep. Having contacted our own vets and them not being interested in coming out or even trying to get us an appointment (vets for pets) I contacted this practice as they had previously been our vets. I was very distressed at knowing what the result of the call would be. Not only did the vet agree to come out, they also rang me and kept us updated on what time they would arrive. When they got here , Jodie the vet and Leah the nurse, they were the most lovely people, very sympathetic to our dilemma, very attentive to our dog Amber , full of information on the procedure and what happens after. They let us have time with her before and time with her after, there was no rush and it was all done in our time. If we were to have another pet then this would be the practice that we would use, there was a personal touch at the end and it wasn’t all about the money Thankyou to Jodie and Leah Lesley and Peter Jones

I couldn't recomment Meir Park Veterinary Hospital enough. From the reception, the nurses to the surgeons the level of service that they provide is fantastic (both emotionally and practically). I always know that our four legged family members are in safe hands if they have to admitted to the practice and the team really do all they can to look after the animals that are in their care. If you have your insurance through Pet Plan you can also direct claim through the surgery which is also quick and easy. There are just so many positive things that I have to say about the practice, I cannot fit them all into one review!

I have used Limetrees now for around 13 years, I would personally consider them to be the most professional practice within the Staffordshire area. When first visiting with my Labrador Bessie some years ago I was impressed at their high standard of cleanliness and care. When I needed to use their out of hours emergency services, I know that there will always be a vet waiting to deal with the problem in hand regardless of the hour. Also phoning in the early hours of the morning I have been greeted with kindness and caring attitude On the odd occasion I have had some teething problems. When stating how I feel, my issues have been listened to with a none pre-judgemental, attitude and they have been very quickly rectified. I now use the practice on a weekly basis with my elderly dog Bessie. They have put a care programme into place to fit with her personal needs, I use the pre-order prescription system for Bessie's repeat medications which have always been ready for collection within 48 hours. I can most certainly recommend Limetrees Veterinary Practice for their kindness professionalism and high stand of care.

We have been customers here with our dogs for nearly 30 years, and we're very happy with the service, and the staff.
