Unfortunately, my experience with Vets 4 Pets Stoke Festival Park was not good. I was misinformed on a number of occasions, however I shall detail the main issue below. I was lead to believe that my insurance company refused to complete a direct claim with them, however on contacting my insurance company I found that they would have happily completed a direct claim, Vets 4 Pets hadn’t called my company to check like they lead me to believe. As a result I am now out of pocket until my insurance claim comes through, which for a working family is very difficult. I pay my insurance premiums to avoid having to pay the full Vets fees if an accident/illness occurs, and I have had to pay the full price regardless. Had I known that Vets 4 Pets were the ones refusing to deal with my insurance company I would have gone to another vet. I also was required to pay a £12 administration fee for them to send off my forms, however I discovered that it took Vets 4 Pets almost a week to send them to my insurance company. At a difficult time when my dog was injured/recovering this delay is the last thing I needed. I tried to contact the practise to deal with this issue, however the reply I received from the practise owner was less than helpful and at times rather rude.

Very impressed. Team are 100% focused on your pets care. They don't just think about the money but the relationship between you & them - our dog needed a tooth extracting, they fussed him for a few minutes, then took him in the consultation room for a min & returned a few mins later with my boy and a bag with a tooth in it. No Charge! I was expecting to hammer the credit card, but they said, not for that. I was very VERY impressed. I will only ever use V4P from now on.

Booked time from work to take my poorly doggie only to be told I had no appointment even though it was made the day before. The girl on reception seemed to be put out by my request to double check. Will not be going there again.
