What a fantastic vets I use them for my ex-battery chickens and they are always great when handling the girls.   They are sympathetic and very knowledgeable on chicken ailments (not easy).  They have always got me in on same day if I've had an emergency and give valuable advice for the care and welfare of my girls.  You can tell they really care about the animals in their care.  They are also very reasonable on prices and I think they go above and beyond when trying to fix an animal but they also make decisions which are best for the animal too.

Brilliant vets....  Really care about your animals and not about running up a bill for you....  Many thanks to Charlie for looking after my lurcher....

Poor service and care for reptiles. My first reptile ended up dying in their care and the second almost did due to medicine they prescribed. Only ended up saving him by taking him to another vet who told me that the medication was making him very sick. They then were able to save him.

My puppy has been there four times this year (he will be one next month). The staff are really friendly and understanding - he wont stop jumping up at them. Always welcoming and professional. My dog loves going the vets (which is usually weird haha). A lot better than other vets I have been to in the past. If I have any questions with my dog or medication I just call them up and they are always happy to help if they can.

The only vets who I trust with my dog. I've been messed about with other vets and she's been misdiagnosed. After moving to willow they knew from one xray all the work she'd had done. I trust them implicitly. Highly recommended and a team that actually care without thinking of her insurance money.
