Lovely vets and excellent service. The price, however was ridiculous! I get that you need to pay for put of hours and was fully prepared to pay the £198 charge just to walk through the door. But to add a £24.70 service charge just for injecting £15 worth of drugs into my dog and a 17.50 charge for dispensing a bottle of metacam worth £24.70 was bordering on extortion. With additional charges my bill came to £398.nNo wonder some people have to make the horrendous choice of giving up their beloved animals.
Excellent service, thoroughly professional. As a registered breeder we unfortunately found ourselves in need of some kitten powder after usual working hours... For which these guys provided at a reasonable price with full instructions of use. They even arranged to return my wallet I'd left there embarrassingly. Recommended.
My 4 week old hand reared kitten had deteriorated rapidly and was admitted as an emergency with Vets Now.nnJames the vet was wonderful with the kitten, competent but gentle. He also showed excellent communication skills when he explained the treatment plan, the diagnosis and the fact that the kitten might not last the night.nnWe were kept updated on Oliver's progress through the night and he was rallying. This was helped by the superb care from the vet and the nursing team. One of the nurses made Oliver her 'special project' during the night and carried him around with her.nnI cannot fault the care that Oliver received or the care shown to his anxious fosterers. It made all the difference and Oliver was back to his usual bouncy self within 24 hours.
Cannot fault the service and attention we got. The vet Caroline was brilliant and very caring as were the vet nurses. Everything was explained very well indeed. A heartfelt thanks to everyone.
My little French bulldog girl was really unwell, with pancreatitis and vomiting blood. She wasn't drinking or eating. She was then taken care of by the vet, Lucia, who promptly and competently gave her the best possible care. She is now cured and doing well. I couldn't wish for any better vet surgery for my dog. Thank you to Vets for Pets in Wilton, Bournemouth.
