Everything seems to be done to make a cats visit as pleasant as possible, including a special area for cats. Have always found the vets to be kind and considerate to both pets and their owners, as well as reception and nursing staff. Would certainly recommend Aniwell.
Definitely recommend practice staff are helpful and enables disabled clients to access this important service. Information is always clear. The communication via text is a great way of remembering appointments and renewing medication.
Unfortunately, since Hayden sold the practices, it has not been the same. We had the misfortune of meeting a new vet at Kinson yesterday who did not even assess our cat properly when it is thought he may have a UTI. She simply send us on our way with some Metacam which we could have done without paying to see a vet. A family member also saw the same vet who caused a lot of distress to one of their dogs and the family member also felt the vet was incompetent. It is such a shame that the practices have gone downhill since Hayden left. If David ever leaves, we will be withdrawing our animals and finding another practice to look after our pets.
We have been with Aniwell’s a long time. They know me and they know my cats. They have been really supportive during the inevitable sad times. Highly recommended for their personal care and attention. You are not just a number at Aniwell’s.

Very good veterinary practice, lovely people and excellent with the animals. Really went out of their way to accommodate our very anxious cat.
Have been going to Aniwell for many years now. First with my old cat Chloe. And the last 4 years with my diabetic cat Louis. All the staff from vets nurses and reception staff have allways been very caring and helpfully . Just to add today Louis had a day at the vet's for dental treatment, and he was looked after so well, by vet and nurses, and we were kept informed on how he was ? So very reasurring for us .
I have been with Aniwell for a while now and I can highly recommend them for their person ability , knowledge, care and attention to our pets and their families. They have helped me to keep my dog healthy and well through the cost of living crises and educated me on my pets health needs. They are the best.
We were seen very quickly as had emergency with our kitten. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Have been with Aniwell for years and always happy with the service
Extremely friendly and professional veterinary practice. Caitlin goes out of her way to calm my anxious dog. Everything is explained well and all options are discussed. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
