This place is amazing. They've have looked after several animals over the years. They have fantastic surgeons and I just can't thank them enough. Please though people be fair and pay your way. We'd be lost if it closed due to selfish people not contributing properly. You have an animal it's your responsibility!

Not very rabbit friendly Vet!! Staff in waiting area were lovely, but the vet we saw made a huge drama with our rabbit, and didn't listen to us at all. Wasn't great with handling our rabbit and tried to blame us for not having a tame rabbit!! Our rabbit is such a softie and was completely man handled because his reaction was fear. The vet refused to examine him because he wouldn't sit still on a high table !!?! 
Our rabbit is a house rabbit and interactive with lots of children daily, always being touched and handled so absolutely the vets inexperience, not ours. Disappointed as such lovely reviews of this vets but had to share, hopefully a one off experience!

Been twice now to this pets Place once was very busy took a long while second time not so busy in very quickly it's a good idea if you're on a tight budget and you need your pet to be seen.

I really don't like the fact that there is no separate area for cat's & dog's.
My poor cat's pant and cry with anxiety going in the car without dog's running up sniffing and barking. I know they have emergency appointments coming in constantly but i'm disabled,  suffer from social anxiety and agraphobia. The last two times i've been just for annual vacations, we had to wait for over an hour.
Please don't get me wrong PDSA do an amazing job, shame the people who abuse it make it harder.

Took my short haired domestic 🐈 after she had been ran over so took her to PDSA they put our minds at rest. She now lives a normal cat life.
