dedicated Out-of-Hours veterinary service covering Poole, Bournemouth and South East Dorset

Story

We are open every night, weekend and Bank Holiday when your regular vet is closed and are always ready to care for your pet if they have an accident or become unwell.
Our team of experienced vets and nurse are on site at all times to give you advice on the phone or treat your pet.

Just came back form Emergency VetCARE. Superb service! Very nice and gentle vets. We have all injections and now waiting for surgery.  Highly recommend !!!

Rushed my beautiful girl in late on Sunday evening as I suspected she was bloating. My suspicions were correct and she needed emergency GDV surgery during the night. I had to put my faith entirely in a veterinarian who was a complete stranger to me and my dog but I have to say that I cannot praise him enough. Thank you Lukusz for saving our girls life! She’s now recovering well. What a lovely young vet and she was in such safe hands. Reassuring to know about this place, I hope I’ll not need to return in similar circumstances though! :) Will be eternally grateful x

Visited twice, once with my dog and
Last night 8/8/17 with a hamster which was sadly put to sleep. Both visits I've had the same female vet  who is very reassuring and had a brilliant way with both animals also with me.
My dog is still continuing treatment but knowing this vets is available throughout the night really puts my mind as ease. 
The nurses are also lovely.

Unfortunately our dog developed pancreatitis and we were put in contact with the out of hours service from our normal vets answerphone.  Fortunately we caught it in time and the excellent service saved him.  We were so pleased with the service and care provided we immediately changed vets to this one

I am very grateful to Becca and the team at Emergency Vetcare for taking such excellent care of our cat after he was (we think) hit by a car. We received very quick, kind and expert service and our cat received the very best of care.
