We celebrated a double ehamy birthdays with a dinner at Veda, good food and great service. Both kids 5 and 9 biggest critiques were happy and content with taste and variety. Will be happy to recommend yo anyone who is looking for good Indian food. Awesome surprise when they brought a dessert out to celebrate our birthday Food: 4/5
The starters tasted good. Mains were okay. We had gulabjamun with ice cream for dessert, quite good. The quantity of food is very less but the presentation is commendable. Nice interior. The food is expensive for the quantity you get.Food: 2/5
Some of the best indian food dublin has to offer. Superb starters , the mains were tickling my tounge for a few hrs after. The flavour is unbelieveable. Nice selection of wines and beer. Staff were very attentive and great service all around. 5/5*
Fantastic Indian restaurant with excellent food and excellent service. It's a little limited in the drinks department but thay have a very good selection of wines so you can still indulge
Have had so many takeaways from this restaurant which were always so good, we were dining in tonight: 1 friendly, professional staff, quick service; 2 cozy and fresh, lovely interior; 3 absolutely amazing food: spicy and full of flavor; 4 attentive to detail and appetite enticing presentation - everything was superb. I will be back.
Excellent - my favourite Indian restaurant in Dublin, and I’ve tried many! Food is consistently good and the service top class. It’s a small restaurant so reserving is essential, but if you don’t manage to get a booking opt for a takeaway instead - it’s also very good.
Visited many times in the past to the point where staff knew our orders. Always a great experience back then but visiting again recently after a few years abroad left us really disappointed. Staff picked our plates up when we clearly were not finished on two occasions and were rude to us. We asked if there was anywhere to hang our coats and were bruskly told “back of chair” which was crammed in next to another couple. There seemed to be a need to push us along the conveyor belt so the next bodies could take our place. Where was the personal attention and care we remembered? At one stage I asked had the place been taken over by new owners as this was our favourite Indian in Ireland and abroad with bold flavours, friendly staff and excellent service. It seemed like it been replaced by a hollow imitation. Sad to see.
Absolutely beautiful. The reason I didn't mark it 5 is that the dish I'm eating now, doesn't taste of chilli as expected. However, there's a brilliant depth of flavour to any food I've had Parking: You'd be extremely lucky if you managed to get a space across the road, none on the same side. I'm disabled so I have to rely on delivery, just another invisible expense.
Excellent. Friendly and courteous service with food that matches top Indian restaurants. Veda has been a must visit every time I come to Dublin. Simply excellent.Food: 5/5
Restaurant seems to have good reviews but got a take away from here today and it was very poor, sauce was bland and pasty, meat was dry and the naan was fairly greasy. It was quite disappointing to be honest.Food: 1/5
