Experience with this company has been extremely poor and I would warn others of this the customer service is absolutely appalling nobody is willing to take ownership of a call and instead you are passed from pillar to post. Have been awaiting a manager call back for over 25 hours now phoned back and yet again waiting for a call back today no managers available. Have raised a complaint why are we paying for insurance when if accidental damage of an item occurs you have great difficulty in getting it sorted. Waited over a week for an engineer to come out say that it had been put through wrong on system so he wouldn't be fixing it and now I'm going to wait another week probably until someone actually resolves this or has someone come out and fix it for me. Very very poor customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars then I would the company is a joke not one adviser can say the same thing, 2 months for delivery but start paying when only partial order arrives, my advise is stay well clear of this company

Ok to get stuff  from but need to sending  emails  to me when have already  paid the bill

Extortionate. Closed for good i am led to believe?
