Always a pleasure when visiting this store! Have been to many vape shops in the last few years and this one just had the atmosphere and the staff that made me feel welcome! They were so helpful at talking me through what I was buying and are always over achieveing in every way! I will never go to another vale shop ever again! :D
always a friendly atmosphere, staff are knowledgeable and help in giving advice or suggestions ,although I have been having issues with my coils " always burning" a staff member did his very best in assisting to sort the problem, his advice about not using a certain liquid helped so far so good but also taking onboard the advice given about probably needing a new device, so very good staff who know there stuff, 10/10 keep up the good work,
Love this place staff are always happy to help I won't go anywhere else for my vaping needs. They also have some good deals and there loyalty card is a nice bonus
I have been after a juice as close to Golden Viirgina as possible and placed an order on line at another site and for paid for next day delivery but after waiting 3 days for my order to arrive I decided to make the short trip to a Vape shop called Vape and Juice. As soon as my partner and I walked through the door we was greeted with ‘ good morning ‘ by a young man called Sean. I then told him that I am after a juice as close to Golden Virginia as possible and he said ‘ how about Golden Virginia ‘ lol I said that’s great and as he reached for the bottles he looked at my Vape Box and was honest enough to tell me that the Golden Virginia probably wasn’t good for my box as it’s loose and could leak out.All the Vape shops I have been too would not have been honest enough to tell me that so he then mentioned another Juice called Smooth Western that he said he actually preferred over the Golden Virginia so I took his word for it and he wasn’t wrong. The juice tasted exactly like tobacco and nicer then Golden Virginia. I also wanted some coils and he advised me what coils are better for certain watts so I bought 4 for a higher setting 1 for a lower setting. I couldn’t be more happier with the service as well as the juices to be honest. His advice was spot on and I won’t be getting my vape juice from anywhere else. I know this is a long review but I was blown away by Seans friendly ness and advice. If your looking for a good juice or vape machine then Vape and Juice is the place to get them from. Look them up online or pop into the shop because trust me,you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Sean.
