I found the service very good.Was offered a drink on arrival. Treatment very good person performing de waxing and hearing test also put me at ease. Would recomend company to anyone. A.Ainsworth.
ABIT short when my very expensive heating aid did not work ,she cleaned it in the end
Superb customer focus and thorough explanation of the whole process from the mechanics of the ear through to the appropriate aid. Very professional and personable service without any pressure to complete a purchase. The aids recommended were too expensive for me but they were without doubt an excellent product. The price is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
Audiologist was excellent, however the after sales service is abysmal. Margate shop closes whenever they feel like it without updating website or having an explanatory message on their phone. Calls are meant be picked up by Canterbury but aren’t. No way to run a business, if you need accessories filters, batteries etc you need them and don’t want to spend half a week driving back and forth to find it closed over and over again.
I have no problem with myself but my friend has . And he said they very help full and very friendly
