Just bought my second van from Vansco, trading in the first that I bought 2 years ago. No problems at all with the first van, minor problem with the second that was speedily and efficiently put right, and they supplied a loan van while it was. I've been very pleased to deal with this company, and very happy with the vehicles. Fred the salesman was friendly and helpful, finance was easily arranged and the vans were both well prepared and supplied absolutely ready to go. My experience is that you can buy with confidence from these guys, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'll be back in a couple of years to upgrade again!

Flexi buy option on a fiat Ducato... within 3 months No service Only 7 months MOT (told me 12 and wouldn’t give me the mot cert) Glow plugs failed Exhaust gas temp sensor failed Injectors failed Fuel pressure regulator failed Hill start failure Bald tire on pick up had to be changed Sent me a trashed loan van that broke down Towed my van away with a Mercedes late at night They state 3 months warranty on some websites then 6 months on other sites but in the flexi buy contract it states the van will have warranty throughout the contract.. which they said it isn’t.. They also state they allow you to track your van but don’t give you access to this.. “you can monitor the van’s performance and its whereabouts, enabling you to plot the course to avoid delays and ensure a productive safe workforce. Better still your insurance premium will be lower too!” Nothing but problems with this company they also trade under a few different names.. vanfinancecompany Having to go through small claims court to get my money back and file complaint with financial ombudsman Apparently they don’t have a recovery truck but claim to be the largest used van dealership in the south.. Steer clear from this company.. I’ve also noticed on here a few reviews from staff that work at VANSCO ltd Stuart Weston Marc Miles Dalton Boggins

Do not buy any van from them they are con men bought a nissan narvar from them broke down 2 days later sent the car back to them to get fixed 2 weeks late had a phone call saying it was stolen from the garage they took it to after this happened they did not want to know and said it was not there problem waist of £10k My insurance had to clam my money back but still lost out of lots of money

Bought a LWB Ford Transit from Vansco recently under their Flexibuy scheme. The van was in great condition for the price. I needed it on the road quickly due to contractual obligations and this was catered for by Fred (sales guy) up at the Eastleigh site. There were a couple of minor issues which nobody could have noticed till you drive the van regularly which i picked up on a few days after i drove away. These were quickly and easily rectified by the after sales team. Decent van, good interest rate under Flexibuy, no hassle application procedure. All in all im a very happy customer and would definitely return should my circumstances require it.
