Not recommended just another car dealer, bought a used venga after two days was not the car for me, had to buy my Rio back which took about a fortnight, and cost me two thousand pound in the process. Apart for free drinks you get the same sort of service from a car lot dealer, they are mean on the part exchange price, Snows and buy any car dot com offer the same price for your car. So don't be taken in by lots of smiles. Been a loyal customer for many years, bought many Kia cars from them, time for me to go else where. May still use them for my mot not made up my mind yet.

Bought a kia sportage .Steve in sales was great and gave me top money for my part exchange. Drivers seat had a slight tear.Service department booked me in within a week and reapolsted the seat with a new leather cover. I mentioned my clutch was slightly heavy and the car only had 38,000 on the clock.Although this wasnt covered by my warranty the lads persiveered and as a good will gesture(had the car for 5weeks)they managed to get me a new clutch,fitted and use of a courtesy car every time I dropped the car off. I cannot thank the guys at Vikings enough. Will definitely recommend this garage for non pushy sales and a brilliant after service. Kind regards Mick Fall

IVOR THE GREAT!!! When I purchased my new car from Viking Kia, my sales guy, Ivor, was fantastic! Kept me in the loop the entire way. Listened to what I wanted, and acted quickly and professionally. Purely made the purchase because of him after having sub standard customer service elsewhere. Big fan of him and Kia dealership in west end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ivor was excellent on our visit to the showroom. He was very helpful taking time to show us the models we were interested in and the full range of our options. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist with test drives times and availability. I would recommend the dealership based on our experience.
