Good friendly staff and a clean facility. I would recommend for anyone. Their prices are in line with the area and they have a good selection of unit sizes, when they have some free at least.
If you need to store your luggage somewhere, you don't need to look further than Vanguard. Extremely safe and reliable and reasonably priced as well. We had kept our luggage here for a couple of months and felt very secure. The staff are very polite and the manager, Adam went above and beyond to accommodate us with our situation. Would highly recommend.
Vanguard is the best storage solution I have used. I have leased a unit for over 4 years. There is a small team and they are outstanding, Adam and Marc are always on hand to help, from a good morning, to access support and changing units, whenever you contact them the solution, payment or query is dealt with immediately, stay away from the chains and go with the family business as they are brilliant!
I highly recommend Vanguard self-storage. Good facilities, great atmosphere, attitude, and great staff. I like to send a big thank you to Dean and Rasheed. I have been lucky to meet them. They were professional, diligent, and friendly and provided excellent customer service and support.
Vanguard Self Storage on the Isle of Dogs is a great solution to anyone needing that extra bit of space. I rented a unit when inbetween houses and was very happy with the service received. Professional, clear and transparent pricing and very convenient. Finally, Adam and Marc go above and beyond to provide an 5-star customer experience. Always friendly, they went an extra mile to help me with my move when due to unexpected circumstances I was left with no transport to take my items to my new place. They made phone calls, offered their help with carrying things, made sure I was okay and got all the help I needed. I cannot recommend them and Vanguard Self Storage enough - THANK YOU.
I hired a storage unit at Vanguard self storage East for the first time ever and had a lot of quest. It’s a very clean, looked after space. Adam and Dean made every step look very simple and easy. They took such a good care of us making sure all details are explained. Extremely efficient and friendly customer service.
The team at Vanguard East have been exceptionally helpful! Christine was an absolute pleasure during my first visit; she made securing the unit a stress-free process, and was kind enough to show me to my unit to ensure I was set and ready to go. I’m very grateful to Christine & team for all of their help.
Have used this facility multiple times, very competitive rates and the staff are amazing. They help with loading / unloading gear from the units and have everything running smoothly. I cannot rate, and thank, Adam & Dean enough. Brilliant service, clean storage units and everything explained thrououghly.
Just wanted to share a huge thank you to the fantastic team at Vanguard storage on Westferry road - Dean, Michael, Adam, Rasheed, Marc and Christine. When our house purchase fell through last minute they couldn’t have been helpful in helping us with storage but also are such a kind and considerate team always going beyond to help. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Excellent storage experience! I needed a locker in short-time and the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The staff are very responsive and friendly, assisting with any questions and going above and beyond what is expected.
