My experience at Safestore Staples Corner has always been good but this time, it was exceptional and James made it so. Such a generous and altruistic guy. He was so helpful when I was checking and offered me same support when I was checking out. On the day I checked out, it was raining and James could see that I was struggling. Without hesitation, he can out and helped me. I was very grateful for that act of kindness. Thank you, James.

James and Serkan served me very well. I was quite happy with the services I received.  Only thing is: Even though I paid the bills on the due date manually instead of by Direct Debit I was charged £15 more at each bills of 3 in total! Because I didn’t re-setup Direct Debit which I cancelled mistakenly.  This situation really forced my brain to understand.  Of course, this decision  is not something that these employees could avoid, but entirely the decision making manager's problem.  Why do we have to setup a Direct Debit payment for a payment that we only make 2-3 times? And if you don’t you are subject to penalty of £15 each times?!

Such a slick operation - the people running this place are lovely and professionals. Great facilities and the unit was the perfect size. Very reasonable price too. All in all great stress-free experience. Thank you!

Not so much a review but more of a recognition of the great service that all of the staff at Staples Corner have offered over the years. James is extremely professional and a great ambassador for the company and his collagues Mitesh, Ioanna, Robert and Jess are also superb.  Any issues I have are always fielded quickly and efficiently.

Not all self storage centres are the same. Mitesh and The Safestore  Storage Team at Staples Corner are exceptional and customer focused. I moved here recently because of Mitesh's first class service. The team is always there to welcome you and assist you in anyway they can. Thank You!!

Lovely conversation with Mitesh the general manager at Staples corner. He gave me an excellent deal. I have been with safestores for many years, I have not met a member of staff like Mitesh. Definitely an asset to the company!
