Safestore Chiswick is the best storage facility in London beyond any doubt. The units are great, clean and the entire facility is extremely well managed and secure. The staff are so friendly and kind you'll want to keep your stuff there for years. This is a 100% genuine review.
The staff were very organised, helpful and very friendly. Got sorted within a couple of hours and would definitely recommend to a mate if they are looking for a great place to store their items.
As moving company we been using the storage for long time now, they have Great service very patient and professional team.
I have been dealing with the Chiswick branch and have found the two ladies doing the bookings / admin etc , Alda and Claudia , very professional and efficient , to date.

I went to Safestore in Chiswick because I called to ask about information, the lady from the office was absolutely excellent, she explained me everything super clear so I decided to go there despite it was not the closer store for me. When I went to the store she was so profesional,patient,helpful and kind. Her name is Claudia and if In the future I need a store service again I'll go there for sure.
The facility is new, clean and dry. The office hours are really useful and the access hours generous. Reasonable prices for such a local place too. Dan and the team are unbelievably helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is courteous and friendly and are a true credit to the Safestore brand. Highly recommend, you'd be hard pushed to find a nicer bunch of people at any business!
I have been with them for just over a month, and the staff are friendly, the access hours are good, the unit is dry and clean, and they have been very good about accepting a couple of deliveries for me. They have responded quickly to the questions I've had, and the price is reasonable. Thanks to the Safestore team.
