Fantastic customer service, great value, good facilities and location. Robert has been an absolute star! He went the extra mile for me as I needed a swift, cheap yet convenient storage solution. Not only did he provide excellent service throughout the process, but also welcomed me personally at their facility and offered to help storing my belongings. Many, many thanks!

I'm shocked that I have been being over charged for this space for months and have never even received a breakdown of why they are charging me so much more than I agreed to. I just wrote to them to cancel my storage and ask these questions and they wrote back completely ignoring what I had asked and then asking me to explain why I was leaving. So frustrating!!
