Don't use the checkout service here, I scanned an item however, there was a problem, a man approached me and said "What happened here?" and then counted the number of items in my bag!?!?! A bit OTT much? I gave this branch two stars as when I asked different assistant for drinks, he was polite.
Quality foods especially Dutchy Organic offering food quality like it used to be before the age of GM foods. Keeps me feeling younger. Friendly staff who all have a stake in the business. Delivery service is a god send.
Went to collect 2 parcels click and collect I was told couldn't collect parcel due today as there was a delay. When got home they have given me parcel due today and not yesterday's. Not much fun when travelling from debden on public transport
This place is very good for all your shopping and gosouries that you need so go and try it
Always understocked on Saturday mornings, and running out in the evenings. Avoiding these times, it's a great place to shop. I only ever use the basket checkout - you never queue for more than a couple of minutes even at peak times. Staff are always friendly
First time visting this waitrose store and was very impressed. Very good customer service I received. Had plenty of food and drinks in stock. It wasn't busy when I was shopping in there. A average size store.
All partners are friendly and helpful. Fresh fish and meat counters are excellent with very knowledgeable staff.
