Dr Sam Ashley is a really great. He’s very knowledgable and a relatable doctor. I can always access time time with him over the phone within hours of calling for an appointment. I feel confident with his suggestions for treatment and I’m seeing progress in my health since working with him. Highly recommend!
They’re obviously very busy but I had a really positive experience with a doctor recently who was so supportive and helpful. And then a great experience getting the flu jab from such a nice and considerate clinician.
The service they provide over the last year is abysmal. COVID can't be a blanket excuse for all failings and omissions. Operations massively scaled down.
The Vale Practice is a brilliant surgery. Can't thank the exceptional Dr Sam Ashley enough when I went through a difficult time - great GP!
