Fantastic coach and session structure . You get a great balance of workout, demonstration and practice. It is also have a mixed group - with different gender, age, strength etc. Patrice creates a very nice and welcoming atmosphere and provides clear instructions and tips in a fun way :
I've been going to Patrice's lessons for a few years now and absolutely love them. It's a relaxed but focused environment and he teaches effective and simple techniques. It's also very reasonably priced. Highly highly recommend

Patrice is a great teacher, involved and helpful in explaining if something is unclear. On the classes you can learn how to self defence with many tactics and advices. During 90 minutes you won't have any time to be boring. Just take a bottle of water because it will be absolutely necessary and enjoy!
I did few classes with Patrice few years back and it was a very good experience. I was a beginner and I was introduced to do program comfortably. I enjoyed every class and learned a lot!
I joined Krav Maga classes on February 2018 with Patric and since then i turned up nearly every season and I really enjoyed ,i do quite bit of sport but this is one of the best one ,and best move and and best experience, on he’s classes is everything self defence, cardio reall good work out, and Patric he has very well set up high intens 1:30 minutes training every session, good technique and good trainer/ instructor, so me personally I really highly recommend to everyone which is thinking to start something new this year or Tim’s coming try Krav Maga .Urban Fit &Fearless /Self Defence,so ones again highly recommended this place and you want be Disappointed.
My daughter and I had lessons with Patrice for almost a year. The lessons were fun whilst also providing a great work-out and, most importantly, Patrice taught us a wide range of self defence skills. Patrice was the ultimate professional; his lessons were well-structured and he was very patient and reassuring when faced with 2 females of differing ages and physical abilities. Highly recommended!
I have been going for Krav Maga lessons here for a few months, and it's been awesome. You not only learn self defense techniques, but you get to do so while having fun and improving your fitness level, in a friendly environment. If you're thinking of giving it a try, don't think twice, I'm sure you'll love it :
Really great class that I can highly recommend. Patrice is an excellent teacher. The class is very mixed between gender and ability so good for most people. You learn such useful skills, build confidence, get fit and above all have fun! Having done a different krav maga class elsewhere previously I found this class to be more challenging, enjoyable and welcoming.
I've been training with Patrice for nearly a year now and cannot recommend him enough. He is a fantastic teacher who transfers his knowledge effortlessly. All the techniques you will learn are practical in real-life situations, this combined with some demanding fitness drills creates a perfect training session. It is exciting to learn how to deal with new situations each week and before the end of each session you'll be confident in your own ability to execute the techniques demonstrated. He is also very approachable and extremely flexible as a personal trainer.
