I really appreciate staff and doctors working in princess Street group gp

When I am sick I am expecting to see the doctor as soon as possible, not when my sickness is gone.

It's completely rubbish, the NHS or go negligence needs to check this place. The receptionist think they're on constant break, they don't answer the phone, if they do they hang up straight away. It's dangerous if someone is actually hurt, these lazy receptionist could be putting that person's life at risk.

I've been registered with them for a couple of years and recently had red flag symptoms. their service and at Guy's hospital was excellent and was seen within 10 days of GP referral and was kept updated by the practice by text messages keeping anxiety to a minimum. thank you.

The flippant " computer says no" attitude of the front desk is awful. They act more like they're at a nail salon than a surgery. They once told me i didn't need to put my name and DOB on a sample. Thankfully someone behind them heard the conversation and explained why a name and dob was required to identify samples.
