The worst GP I’ve ever been signed up to. This GP ignored my specialist therapists opinion that I needed to go back onto medication for my poor mental health. Their response was no I don’t need medication as I’m talking to a therapist. I had sharp stabbing pains at the back of my skull for weeks & was told to get my vision checked even though I’ve NEVER had vision problems. & STILL don’t. If you have SERIOUS health problems this GP will IGNORE them if they won’t fit into their 5 mins they give you to discuss your health issues.
Possibly the worst GP in London - it takes weeks to be seen and they treat you like they're doing you a favour. The practise itself is so outdated and the reception/admin staff seem to be stuck in 1980's. I honestly don't know how this place is still open!
Excellent service today. Had a health problem that was driving me mad. At 7.10am filled in an online form outlining the problem, by 8.30am I received a phone call inviting me into the surgery for a 10.30am appointment the same day. Saw a very good nurse practioner. Was prescribed the right medication and have had relief at long last from a miserable condition. So thank you Princes Street Surgery.
It's becoming impossible to get an appointment or request a repeat prescription via the app. Each month is a new excuse. They never answer the phone and they've changed their email address. I wish for Dr Soo to check his attitude. His reluctancy to provide adequate medical support without patients insisting can be considered as medical malpractice.
Worts gp in London, the rudest staff member you’ll see in your life. The queue can be until outside the entrance and the still wouldn’t bother to do something, just sitting there in the reception speaking between. Also a young receptionist needs to learn some models and don’t scream to young or older people as equals.
I am giving this 5 start for one doctor there called Tanya Rose, she was exceptionally great and never in my nearly 30 years have I seen. GP that legit cares for their patience and really wants to help them, so shout out Tanya for being a real one in a moment of distress and trauma.
Very bad service from Reception, spending almost 15 mins with customer, also i had to back back there for the 2nd time in 1 day casue they couldnt fins my appointment.
Very poor standard of service. In particular an old lady with glasses, short grey hair is so rude and unhelpful. I have quee up from 7.40am in the morning just to get a telephone appointment or see a doctor. Over a few years ago I was able to make an appointment to see a doctor, but now that is non existent. Also, it's often very difficult to actually get a telephone call back on the same day. Long waiting time's are the norm at this clinic. I agree with one of the reviews written that this practice deserves no stars.
The worst surgery had celiac disease for years undiagnosed at princess street. I have been to my local doctor this morning at decimal surgery when I was informed I do have Celiac Disease, I am beginning to realize now that being undiagnosed with Celiac Disease for years, might have played apart in my recurrent miscarriages blame princess surgery for my miscarriages hate that surgery so much. Memory From 13th June 2017 The nurse called Lisa is a friend of a friend on the 26th October 2024 outside Morrison's Walworth Road I am not patient of princess street anymore I with decimal street surgery thank god while chatting she informs me I shouldn't be in a mobility scooter I should walk instead, and I should get a job I have AVN in the hip very painful I have fallen beforehand that’s why I purchased the mobility scooter comparing me to her mother who gives her the right to judge me and she should keep her opinion to herself telling me what to do she seems to be judgemental about everyone left me so angry. I have osteoporosis too so I have to be extra careful while walking. this is the worst surgery.
If I could give no stars I would. The doctors are not an issue at the GP, the issue is the receptionist, specifically one. It is not the first time people have had negative encounters with her, there are many. She seems to love talking down on people, I'm not sure why as she is the least helpful receptionist there. She is rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and not trained. I have no idea why she is still there, the GP have hired professional receptionist she is the only rude unhelpful one left. It always feels like she's above you somehow when she talks, not sure why she talks like that when there is nothing special about her. She talks on the phone rudely, if you talk to her in person she's rude. Seems like she's fed up everyday. She needs to be trained or retire because she's at that age anyways. It might explain why she is so crude all of the time. This GP has two big problems, their poor communication and the fact that she's still working there.
