Nurse Amy is the best! Had my smear test done the other day after dreading the experience and ignoring at least 5 reminders. Was quick, great professionalism and personal approach! Super important to get tested and great healthcare professionals like Amy make the whole experience much better.

I've been to the practice about four times now and the doctor and nurse that assisted me were so patient, kind and genuinely wanted to help me. They listened and showed empathy. Reception staff have also seemed helpful so far. I was swiftly contacted regarding results and any referrals I needed were also made very promptly. I only deducted a star because I am not fond of the Dr IQ app they use for booking appointments as I much prefer to speak to an actual person.
A really positive experience having a cervical smear test with Nurse Amy M! I’ve had loads in the past and I’ve always been left feeling anxious and uncomfortable. Amy was quick, gentle and clearly experienced. Smear tests are not so bad after all. Thanks again Amy :-
Edit Got a call day after offering to help from one the senior administrator trying to sort my issue out. She was very nice and helpful it turned out 8am is the correct time. I got A doctors appointment the same day. The practice does care about feed and are very willing to help . So my rating will change.
Really poor service from this practice, I’ve submitted multiple samples for the team to ask Me to repeat the same test 4 times and I still did not receive any results. Following a 3 night stay in hospital I was referred back to my GP, they’ve refused to meet on 2 occasions with the follows ups I needed. I called 111 and ended up having to go back to hospital for treatment I was told should be managed by a general practice. Doctors seem to dismiss health and are somewhat disinterested in providing a good service.
I'm newly registered in the last month, used Dr IQ to request medication and was promply advised that I needed to contact the practicr for a medocation review. I rang the practice this morning and some one actually answered within a few rings! I emailed the admin team and I received a reply very promptly. I then received a phone call from a politely spoken administrator who helped me find a solution to sort out an issue with a medication prescription. So far I am pleased with my encounters with this practice- thank you!
Whenever I need assistance, I am well taken care of. A special thank you to Rachel, who is exceptionally attentive, patient, and caring. Additionally, the staff is always friendly when scheduling appointments. While there is always room for improvement, overall, I am very satisfied with this GP.
After a very stressful morning , Dr On took her time and help me with all my Issues, I really appreciate the support anf help. Really appreciate the Receptionists. I really appreciate the understanding when I'm stressed out. Thank you so much.
Useless. You can NEVER get an appointment. DriQ app.. Is meant to aid the process. Ithas been down for over a week. Cannot get through to reception. Cannot re-order medication. Dr IQ - Drs phone appointments seem to have no idea of patients history. The whole practice puts patients lives at risk. UTTERLY SHAMBOLIC!!!
