Would give it 5 stars but I had to take shots on my arm
Sadly the rather long list of negative reviews sum up this surgery. The acorn surgery had some excellent Gp"s who have since retired or moved on. Waiting 2 weeks for an appointment is disappointing. If you don't phone at 8am you have no chance like most of us I'm trying to get to work. Online booking does not work.
Never pick up the phone. Rude. An they never apologise outnof courtsey. I no the nhs is underpaid but if u have a job then do it properly. Wrong diagnosis given serveral times. I would of rated zero stars but wasnt given the option.
