It was my first time to have my massage at Utopia and it was a very good experience! Emma was fantastic and knew exactly where to focus with the perfect amount of pressure. Came away feeling so relaxed and will definitely be going back! Thank you so much Emma!
The staff are really friendly, the facial I had was relaxing. I also added on a shoulder and back massage which was a good addition too. I have quite acne prone skin and was hoping for more of a consultation about what would be best for my skin and to be talked through the facial more. The facial itself was relaxing and I felt refreshed afterwards.
Isabella was amazing! Very patient with me as I was really scared of getting my Hollywood wax at first. She also made me feel very comfortable and explained every step she was taking with me. I’ll be back again soon!Service: Waxing
Offered a drink as soon as I got there by the girl at the desk so that was nice. I had my waxing done by Orla, who was friendly and very easy to talk to despite how anxious I felt. Abbie was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease, & was frequentky asking if I was comfortable, & if there is anything she can do. The massage itself was so relaxing, the correct pressure was used & I was felt great during & after. The massage room was very clean & the ambience was perfect. I can’t fault anything & would deffo book again!
I had a Hollywood wax at 38 weeks pregnant and it was really pleasant. The service from Orla was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience as painless as possible. I would recommend a million times again.Service: Body waxing

I really don't regret choosing Utopia, I moved from London to Gravesend and it was very hard for me to trust any beautician yet I had an amazing experience at Utopia and the lovely ladies working there were all wonderful and nice and made me feel very welcome. I had my waxing done and surprisingly I had no rashes or redness, they were very hygienic, polite and at ease to talk to. I also had Hollywood waxing done by Isabella, she was very gentle that I didn't feel any pain or rashes. I strongly recommend.Services: Waxing
